Atmospheric

Experimenting with soda firing opened up a new way for me to embrace unpredictability in my work, much like the organic transformations I explore in my sculptures. The atmospheric effects—how flame and vapor interact with the surface—mirror the themes of change, resilience, and decay that run through my practice. These dinnerware pieces are just the beginning, a small step into a process that I hope to push further, using its raw, unrepeatable effects to deepen the emotional and narrative layers of my future work.
