Let Me Rest
Let Me Rest
Let Me Rest presents a fragmented ceramic figure, broken into three parts and veiled in coral growth, embodying the scars of past sufferings. While not directly about my father, who has faced immense hardship due to illness, the sculpture reflects my interpretations of shared experiences--how trauma lingers, threatening to consume if left unchecked. The figure, crafted with masculine features, lies on the ground, symbolizing the burden of unresolved pain.
